I was really excited to stay here. So were my kids. I go to check in and they need a card on file. Ok. No problem. They didn't mention that they card needed to have more than an X amount on it, she also didn't mention that they were charging it right then. They wouldn't accept it. I explained I have my debit card in g-pay and can pay that way. They wouldn't accept that. My husband had to take our other car to pick up his kids from his ex over 3 hours away. Solid room for a solid rate. Very quiet in the evenings and a great breakfast in the morning. Even after items were left behind, the staff, housekeeping and management, went out of their way to send our forgotten items right back to us in a very timely manner. Outstanding stay during and after! We will stay again next time we're in Austin!
