BED BUGS – DO NOT STAY HERE I cannot express how disgusted and outraged I am. After one night at Sleep Inn & Suites Austin - Northeast, my husband woke up covered in bed bug bites all over his body. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health issue. We trusted this hotel to provide a clean and safe environment, and instead we got an infestation. This Sleep Inn is amazing!!!!! Very clean, wonderful staff and fantastic area!
Staff very nice alot of amenities.
The room smells unpleasant, the bedsheets are untidy, the floor carpets have stains, and the bathroom sink is clogged. Don’t be fooled by positive reviews.
