Literally roaches in my room. Keys to my door didn't work multiple times. Housekeeping woke me up 3 hours before checkout. The lights in the room are white led daytime bulbs, like you're sitting in a florescent office building. The whole place smells like mildew, even upstairs in the rooms. The bed was rock hard. The bathroom has a very loud fan and light combination only. Theres no USB beside the bed. Love the front desk lady. She does an awesome job.
Denise and Michael were amazing. Our room was huge and very clean. The updated bathrooms were done very well. The breakfast left a little to be desired but it was alright overall. Anytime we are in town we will be staying here.
