I was taken aback by the lack of friendliness at this office. In the front office no one even smiled, no one even introduced themselves. This includes the physician assistant who never told me her name, never smiled but after me waiting in the exam room for over 25 minutes, she seemed to be in a hurry to give me information and then exit. Thank goodness for Lauren who checked me out and scheduled my overnight study. She was very friendly and enthusiastic.
Jessica Wright is very friendly, professional and thorough. She asks the right questions and showed genuine concern for my health issues. I would highly recommend her.
Second time in a row I have had to wait over an hour to see someone. If I am 15 mins late they reschedule and charge their patient $75. Yet don’t hold themselves to the same standards. Disrespectful
Very satisfied with the staff and the doctor . They were amazing.
Dr. Doekel, Jessica and rest of staff are BEST! I know this is because of the work environment that Dr. Doekel provided as well as the wealth of knowledge he brings! May God Bless and watch over them all!🫶🏻
