My nurse Katie done an awesome job making sure my stay was a positive experience. All staff on the 4th floor should follow her example. Sam and Lauren done an excellent job also. Thank you again Katie for my proper treatment.

We love the cardiovascular nurses and surgeons here! They are always so kind and helpful! Unfortunately, we had our first bad experience with a nurse named Theresa in the CVICU today. This was the first time we had a nurse be completely rude, and impatient with us. She even refused to take a temp when my father was getting hot and cold, hot and cold and then ended up throwing up. Hope to see Theresa learn from the wonderful staff and become a more compassionate, kind person/nurse.
Always the very best of care & expertise! Very clean too (Sadly, I can't say the same for a few nearby hospitals) I love CRMC!!❤
Great staff and u get attended quickly with proper care
Cookeville Regional has treated my family since we moved here in 1964. We have had births, deaths, surgeries, and every test under the sun. While every visit may not have been perfect, we were always treated with respect and truly cared for. When there was an unpleasant staff member, we treated them with extra kindness to perhaps improve their day. We value the people who work in this facility day in and day out.
