The rooms are not cleaned daily, they do NOT clean the poop off my mother, just half of her bottom. The bed pan stays covered with poop, the toilet has poop on it, that I had to clean off to use the toilet. Just straight nasty. Soiled bed pads & wipes just thrown in the trash can instead of a hazard waste basket. Bacteria grows from that stuff. So I wear a mask just for that reason! Am here from washington state for my mother who is on 4 north and have been in hospitals from new york to hawaii and this is by far the best one ever!! Should be the flagship hospital on how they should be run!!!
I am very satisfied with my dr. at Cookeville Regional Medical center. The staff and dr. are very considerate.
Actually staff the hospital! Our mother was in this facility and saw the ER doctor and only saw a physician assistant over the next 35 hours! She was admitted with congestive heart failure and we requested a transfer to Vanderbilt and waited over 4 hours without a doctor response!
Extremely rude, unprofessional nurses in labor and delivery! Do not recommend this hospital to birth a child!!
This place made us VERY HAPPY!! Our little guy had a staple under the skin and the nurses and dr was VERY GOOD!! We were there on a trip for a new job with my husband and they treated us BETTER THAN OUR OWN HOME TOWN hospital ( band aid station)
Rudest staff ever security guards have a God complex. Never coming here if I'm dying. Totally unprofessional in every way. Learn some compassion it goes a long way.
The absolute worst hospital there is! Never will I ever go there again!!! They almost killed me once and tonight tried to hold me down against my will to put something up my nose to make me calm down! Aaron Moredock the PA and his nurse Cara! Worst hospital ever!!!!!!
