Just because someone is covered in tattoos and piercings doesn't mean you can treat them like trash. Your ER disgusts me, your nurses are rude and extremely unprofessional. Even the sleaziest urgent Care I've been to made me feel more well taken care of and safe than the ER at Wheat Ridge Lutheran hospital.
This place sucks. I waited 3.5 hours to get six fucking sutures and eventually walked out and got band aids at Walgreens. Thanks.
I have many horror stories; but today my daughter was rushed via ambulance to Lutheran. She was walking around. And her father found a NEEDLE in her room on the floor. A needle. We paiged the nurse and she pretty much tried to say that Grace shouldn't be walking around anyway. I'm sorry my daughter walking around got you guys caught up. This is horrible. Please don't go here if at all possible.
