I hope the 5th floor is able to receive a copy of this. I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH. I was in following emergency surgery for a twisted colon and had some complications. They were amazing through it all. The pain, NG tube encouragement, hugs, even a few tears all around when my release date came. I was released today with clear instructions, all my questions answered and feeling they cared, from room service, housekeeping, all the way up it was great. My breast cancer journey was mostly at Lutheran. If I knew then what I know now 100% of my care would had been there.
Went in this Sat with a severely dehydrated teen with symptoms of mono. This ER experience was the best I ever experienced. From check in to discharge everything went quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend this ER and the amazing staff. My kid left feeling 80 percent better
