Just astounded at what the ER charged me for the little care I received and the short amount of time I was in the ER. Then I was denied for financial assistance. I have no idea how I'm going to pay this outrageous bill...I'd rather put food on the table for my child. The most complex test they ran was a blood test, yet they found it appropriate to charge over $5000 for a 2 hour ER visit. Then I got an additional $240 bill from the doctor who treated me. My insurance covered barely half of this. I don't have the money for the... read more

My husband had his second open heart surgery on January 7th by one of the best cardiac surgeons I the country. The surgery went great but because of scar tissue he suffered an acute lung injury. 24 hours after the surgery his lungs gave way and we almost lost him. But by the grace of God and the amazing ICU Dr's and staff, here a month later he has made an 100% turn around, getting a pace maker today and going to a private room. We are thanking God , lord will headed home this week. Thank you to all the amazing people that w... read more

Absolutely great place to have a baby the maternity ward is ahhmazing. However, when it comes to the emergency room there's a few issues. Recently I had gotten sick with a nasty virus that is going around and they had wanted to give me an iv due to me being very dehydrated. The nurse who tried to dig for my veins not once but twice hit nerves in both of my arms and had the audacity to yell at me for jumping when he hit the nerve in my left arm. If the nerve damage is permanent in both of my arms I'm going to take it to court... read more

Awful. Just awful. Rude nurse practitioner. Didn't listen to my problems and basically seemed annoyed I was even there.

If one has to be in a hospital setting, THIS is where you should be. I was just released Saturday 10-17 from Heart Failure . I can't say enough about the staff ...from housekeeping, to ancillary, nursing, and Physicians, they were fabulous. A truly caring facility.

I had my back fusion on 8/24/15. I have to say, I was scared to death going in, but they got me comfortable right away. This experience was above and beyond what I expected. I was treated like a queen, had a nice private room, the nurses, doctors, and everyone who cared for me were outstanding and so kind. I highly recommend going to Lutheran. Dr. Orr and his team are outstanding. My back is feeling great and I am feel like I will be able to get back to the things I enjoy in life. Thank you so much.

My daughter is now 2 1/2 years old and we gave birth here and they really took great care of us! She might not be with us if not for the fast thinking of our nurse, we are forever greatful for her! The nicu is really great so if your little ends up there they will be in great hands!
