I was very impressed with how it’s ran. Was there when it first opened and never wanted to go back. Recently we had to back and was I ever surprised at the difference. My hospital of choice now.
The attention to details is reassuring. Your needs are addressed in a timely fashion. Call lights are answered promptly. Staff works well together. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate them a 10!!!

I wish I could say this hospital and these nurses are trustworthy. Unfortunately an incident occurred while my mom was inpatient for a surgery there last week. These “amazing” nurses didn’t realize my confused and disoriented mother had left her room and wandered to another floor. Security found My mother and left awful bruises and open wounds on her arms. I live in Saint Augustine and refuse to go to my local hospital. I will ALWAYS make the extra drive to come to Baptist Health. They go above and beyond to make sure they find and diagnose properly. They never just run you in and run you out just to flip beds for the next. I came in extremely concerned and they started working diligently on me very fast. Thankful for the team that worked on me last night, the compassion and the teamwork.
