I had two main questions before starting this adventure with an oral appliance 1) is this a better alternative to a CPAP for me? 2) I wear a retainer each night and how will that work? They were very helpful answering my questions. I was fitted with the ProSomnus appliance. It was molded to fit my teeth exactly and replaced my retainer. Actually it fits better than my retainer. They are professionals and I cannot be happier with the decision I made to go with them.
