Very unprofessional. And popular add an appointment and unfortunately my aesthetician had an emergency and had to reschedule. When she text me and told me she needed to reschedule I said fine let's come up with a date and time because I was using a groupon and they will expire. It was A week before she contacted me back she rescheduled the appointment, I showed up for my appointment 45 minutes early because I'd rather wait then to be late and she never showed up.
