Worst shop I've ever been to in Bowie, MD. First , to ask people to pay in cash only should've been a sign of deceitful practices. They claim to have knotless specials however, when you get there they change the price and constantly increase the price even though they clearly display a picture of the style with the price. ALERT DO NOT GO HERE!! I ENCOUNTERED A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE‼️ I went to get my hair Braided and the style I ask for I showed pictures and told the Owner ACTUALLY how I wanted it she said that it could be done. I few braids in I asked to see it they were too big and I asked for small braids. The young lady braiding my hair said that they would be consider micro??? Not True!! Not returning. I honestly didn’t want to go anyway due to the low reviews, but I really needed my hair done ASAP for a trip I was taking the next day. I was told $360 for mid back knotless boho braids with a color mix, and when I got there we changed the colors around a little bit because I didn’t want my hair too light ( blonde ), but the pic I showed them the style wasn’t too light, but the stylist said the girl had 4 different colors and It sound like she didn’t want to do it, idk. I really wanted to support this salon, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the complete lack of respect for my time by the owner. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to wait over an hour before anyone even acknowledged me. What’s worse, there was no communication or apology for the delay — just a general attitude that my time didn’t matter.
