I came in here for a walk in around 10 am, only one braider was present which is fine. The issue occurs when a backup braider was called and she has the NASTIEST attitude that there is a PAYING CUSTOMER wanting their hair done. Work on your customer service skills.

I was charged $200 for jumbo knotless waist length. I got 18 braids in my head. I got a quote from a nearby popular braiding salon for $160, which is what I expect to pay as a someone who frequently gets braids. I gave 2 stars because the braiders do a great job. I came back to reduce my rating because: I came in 6hrs before my flight. I wanted a smedium short bob length individuals with curly ends. I asked how long it would take, I have a flight to catch in 6 hrs and wanted to leave in 4 hrs. The owner said they could do it... read more

I had a very disappointing experience. My appointment started over an hour later than my scheduled booking time. I also paid extra for color blending, but unfortunately the braider did not know how to properly blend the colors, which affected the final look. The boho hair was the worst quality I’ve ever had. It shed excessively, was not braided in correctly, and pieces kept falling out. The hair also felt more like synthetic hair than human hair, despite being advertised otherwise. Extremely unprofessional. I had an today appointment at 4:30. I left work early to make it here on time and when I got here there was no one present to do my hair. I was told that the woman who was supposed to do it left and she was not answering any calls or texts. The one person in the salon only knew how to do one particular style so she was unable to service me. I needed my hair done for an event the very next day. This is highly unprofessional and I will not be coming back.

My daughter and I got braids. I took this picture of her braids. I didn't take any of mine. I absolutely love mine. Carol did my hair and it was definitely worth the time and money spent. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. Thanks ladies for your professionalism, and exceptional work. I will be back!
