I had a great experience at sleek braids! Responsive by phone/text. The neatest braids I have had in years…they are very meticulous which I can appreciate! Also very quick. Being from another state and finding a new braider is challenging but I have found them!

This was the worst shop I’ve ever been to. When I walked in most of the stylist looked at me like I was crazy and scattered. Leaving one lady that was older to do my twist. I was supposed to be getting knotless twist but they had knots and some of them weren’t even tight to my scalp. TERRIBLE SERVICE & STYLE.

I was told by the owner that I could come to the Baltimore location at 7am on Monday morning. I showed up, the door was locked and I messaged her that no one was there. She then told me the braider went to get breakfast and will be back in a few minutes…a few minutes turned into 1.5 hours and the braider did not start on my hair until 9 am.
