SLE Equipment is the worst place to deal with and I recommend to everyone not to deal with this company. We started dealing with SLE because we could not find a trailer we needed near where we live in OH. We had to call several times to get a call back. We put a deposit down on 4/20, it would have been sooner but couldn't get return calls timely. We were told both our trailers (enclosed and tilt bed) would be in within 3 weeks. They were not. Ordered the Shindaiwa leaf blower Oct 2 for which they charged my credit card. After waiting over a week for it to arrive and not seeing it, I called on Oct 11th and the shipping dept. claimed it had arrived at their warehouse that same day and that ot would ship today (Oct. 11th). I have yet to receive it but the fact that it took a whole week to get the item into THEIR warehouse tells me they have a big problem in their supply chain. Horrible. Very easy to order but never received an email explaining delivery which was also paid for. But I waited patiently anyway. Received my 1st call 2 days later telling me delivery would be about a week. I was freaking excited, heard a lot of great things so 1st outdoor event was scheduled. Yeah, I am excited. Bought husqvarna rz4222f zero turn, online, best price, best shipping. Really good service, great communication, and shipped half the way across the country all in a week. Uncrated put in 5 bolts and gas, started mowing. All in all a top notch company.
Great prices, great people but seems to have a problem with getting my tracking number for my pressure pro pressure washer I like to see where my item is located so I can pinpoint when I need to be home I also need it asap due to my detailing business. Other than that I would recommend them to anyone...
