STAY AWAY! The worst online purchase experience I have EVER had! After almost 3 months of emailing and calling to get my parts, I finally received a shipment. Half the order was missing, and half the parts I did receive were wrong. I had to file a claim with my card company to dispute charges. Buyer beware!!!!!! Bought a Troybilt zero turn mower. Matt the sales person was very helpful. But on the fourth time of use a spring broke. Had to beg to get it covered under warranty, they kept the machine from August 29 and here it is September 19 and still no lawnmower. After numerous calls to SLE and numerous lame excuses, it is alleged the mower will be delivered back to me tomorrow along with a large delivery charge. Shopped around these guys seem to have the best prices.
very poor service. It took them a month to let me know my order is not available. I waited and waited and never got my parts. when i finally called they told me the part was discontinued and no longer available. I really needed the part for a piece of equipment i use often for business and it took them a month to let me know it wasnt coming and i still have not received a refund. very crappy service. i would not recommend ordering from these guys if possible.
Found what I wanted in their web site, price was good so I ordered it the same day. The check out from their Cart was smooth.
Easy site to navigate parts!
Not happy so far! Ordered a blade sharpener on Thursday and was told they ship in 1-2 business days. By Tuesday COB, with no shipping, I emailed their Shipping Dept to cancel my order. No response. I called on Wednesday afternoon to cancel and the Customer Service rep had to "check with the warehouse". The order conveniently (for them at least) shipped two hours later. The shipment hadn't left their warehouse and they still wouldn't cancel it! The cowards didn't call me to tell me either, they sent an email. Dodgy business p... read more
