Slb did a great job clearing a stubborn clog in a long main sewer line. The crew showed up as they were scheduled and were very knowledgeable and efficient at the somewhat unpleasant task. Speaking as a contractor the pricing for work completed was fair and transparent for the work they completed.
Company is straight trash and a half
Do not agree with the way they do business. Too concerned about contracts than integrity. Apparently a 2.5 ft corroded gap in the city's sewer main isnt a city issue, but is a homeowner's, when there is nothing for the homeowner's lateral to hook on to.
Nick and his team were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Our job had been handled by another company that quit before fixing the problem. SLB came in and saved the day! Identified the issue and followed until we were fixed and satisfied! Thank you!
They could have been more patient training someone who hasn't worked much.
