I found this salon on Booksy, and booked a day during the week that they listed they’re open. There was nothing listed about how or when you’d get the confirmation for the appointment that you booked. So soon after I booked it, I called the number listed to ask a question about the appointment. I was met with frustration and rudeness from the lady who answered. I have been going to nae since I was a little girl. Before she had a shop. I love that she still washes, conditioners, blow dry, trim etc. as it’s hard to come by in most shops today. I love that she always asks my opinion and if I’m unsure she will give me the best option for that moment. Prices are great and service is too. Even my daughter who does not like getting her hair done has no complaints when she see’s nae.

This review is for Abby’s customer service or lack thereof. I was excited to give someone new a chance. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out. I got sick a few days before my appointment and thought it best to reschedule to be sure I wasn’t contagious anymore. Abby was kind enough to agree to same time/day appointment the next week and I rebooked the appointment using Booksy. Abby pushed the new appointment back a couple hours to better accommodate her schedule which I was fine with and confirmed the time in Booksy. The day of t... read more
