I'm being generous with this rating. From John Slavik to his piss poor, inept customer service department, they are the worst. The right hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. How did my employer choose them? I have to inquire next week because Slavik sucks out loud

My experience with www.Slavic401k.com is very bad. Their business process is terribly slow. They want to keep employee 401k contributions to use for their own purpose and delay contributing to the employee account.

Terrible. Avoid trusting this company with your money at all costs. Zero accessibility to your funds thru their website and constant issues with logging on. If you do have the availability to call and talk to one of their customer service reps (ya know, during their regular 9-5 m-f hours when everyone is already at work) their "system is down" or they are "having issues logging in". worse ever. I am stuck because of my employer, otherwise, I would run away. The first and the most frustrating, their website. you gotta consider one hour, to just see some basic info about your activity, if the website does not crash. very very slow, and there is not much info on their website either. transferring money also takes forever for them to process. they don't even show it as pending or something that makes the user feel ok, they will do it, it is in process. next time if an employer says Slavic, I will say, thank... read more

My distrust for the company started within the first few weeks of working for Slavic. They had let go about 7 people -some had been with the company for more than a year and some were in management positions. I had read some reviews pertaining to just that, but I didn’t believe it until I saw it for myself. The training- It was not only shorter than I was told it would be during the hiring process, but extremely disorganized and full of mistakes. Their UI and fund options and fees are pretty bad. They are unresponsive, and they take extremely long to process any request. Their reporting options are awful. They do not categorize transactions correctly. They do not do a good job of informing clients of fund changes, and sell your funds without confirmation if there is a change.

Worst place ever! They don't do their job in a timely manner. My husband has had to call them everyday to make sure they are doing their job and he still has yet to Receive his money. He called and was suppose to get a call back and never received that call. Thank goodness when we don't have to deal with this company anymore.
