My withdrawal was approved and was said to be over nighted, which I paid $25 more for. That was 11 days ago. I waited on hold for 1-1.5 hours 3 times since Friday (Monday now) to be told it’s not on the overnight list, the request has been elevated, and I’ll get a call when there’s an answer. Obviously I’m experiencing a hardship and need MY money. Note, over the past few weeks I‘ve called several times, waited on hold, and I’ve spoken to the same 3 people. I have never had such terrible customer service, it's worse than Spirit Airlines in terms of wait times and people with no ability to answer questions. I am going to see if our firm can switch to Fidelity or someone else

I JUST want to roll over my funds, and I cannot even get in to access my account. The website is poorly built, and it is impossible to change your username and password due to constant errors. I've waited on hold for HOURS, and never been able to speak to a live human being

Terrible service, you spend more time on hold than actually talking to a human. It does not get better after that. The web\app interfaces are garbage, which means you need to call and sit on hold for someone who doesn't care. Avoid at all costs.

How can this be legal???? The lack of customer service is borderline theft of your funds since you can't get anyone to assist in accessing YOUR own money!!!

I am still in the midst of attempting to get thousands of dollars distributed from Slavic, as mentioned in other reviews I have tried NUMEROUS times to get a hold of a human being & have had no luck, waiting on hold for >45 min every time. Supposedly a check was mailed in October, it is now January and my distribution check is MIA with no tracking & despite my efforts no assistance from anyone at the Slavic401k team.

Close to impossible to get in touch to customer service. They do have a call back feature but it will always be at the most inopportune time and then you have to start the process all over again.

A minimum of 45 minutes to get through to anyone. Can't email with a specific account question. Call back takes hours. Takes a couple weeks for your withholding to show up in your account. And takes FOREVER for your funds to be distributed.
