Few places with customer service this bad. After several complaints, my car still isn’t clean and I have to leave because of how long this is taking.
In January 24th, 2016, I paid for a car detailing and received a "not better than nothing" car wash. The car was left in a messy condition, dirty Windows, dirty interior, dirty roof. No restoration or finishing was provided at all. The speakers and AC were turned to the max. When I asked for a refund and/or redo of the work, nothing was provided. When I asked for the contact information of the manager, I was told "we don't know". Don't, don't go there!!!!
