Dr. Altman has taken care of my family's dermatology needs for many years. He is very personable, possessing a personality people would love to see in all doctors providing healthcare. He cares very much about your health and well-being, and I personally would highly recommend his services to anyone having need of a proficient dermatologist.
I recommended Altman to my family physician because I think so highly of him!! Our daughter had a cancer screening as a preventative because it runs in our family. She let him look and make notes. His staff is also amazing.
I read the reviews that were left about Dr. Slaughter, I started not to go see him. In fact I canceled my appointment. Then I said really I'm better that this, I decided to give him a chance and make my own decision. He seems to be a soft spoken man of few words. He came in introduced himself and proceeded to examine my condition and gave me a plan of action. He answered my questions and concerns. Once he left the room his nurse did an appointment review. App. 1/30/2018. He's a good man.
I had a great experience with Dr. Slaughter and I really appreciate the same day service he provided me for a minor procedure. Dr. Slaughter and his team were professional and friendly, and I was very comfortable with the service provided.
This man is incompetent, tactless, and cowardly. After first referring me to a non-dermatologist (who could see that I was obviously suffering from a skin condition), he scurried out of the office while i was in the examination room, saying he had 'exhausted all possibilities.' It is frightening and astounding that someone with such a lack of professional integrity is allowed to practice medicine. If you have an appointment with this doctor, cancel it.
I was referred to Dr. Slaughter by my PCP. I was expecting just a consultation, but Dr. Slaughter and his staff took care of my issue immediately. The entire staff made my first visit one to remember. We we're actually laughing during the procedure. Who would have thought....lol. Thanks again
Great experience very knowledgeable very helpful don't mind the bad reviews just people unhappy because good care costs money.
He takes pleasure in being condescending. I thought others were exaggerating when they described his rude behavior until I personally experienced it.
Needed a simple refill for eczema medicine. Actually still had one refill available but the prescription expired. Went thru the CVS online method for them to contact the doctor's office to get authorization. They denied it. Call to find out why, could not get anyone from Dr. Slaughter's office on the phone. There voicemail says allow 24-48 hours for response!? Wow... guess being uncomfortable for that amount of time is my problem. Went to see this Doctor's reviews and I completely understand why
