I went to this office for a dental appt for the 1st time about 4 months ago. They did xrays and a treatment plan for me to come back. After I am honest with them and tell them about my medical history they said I had to have clearance from my primary doctor to be seen again before my cleaning and fillings. I got the clearance they asked for. So, i scheduled my next appt for my cleaning. I have been going to RKM for several years. I have always had such a great experience with the staff who have always been friendly and caring. The last time we visited we spoke with one nurse Ashley who was very rude and who made me and my husband decide to no longer use RKM. I encouraged my sister and her family to use RKM and she told me the same thing, the nurses were very nice but Ashley has an attitude. I hope someone there reads this and does something about it because she can very well cause patients to leave.
