I have been going to RKM for several years. I have always had such a great experience with the staff who have always been friendly and caring. The last time we visited we spoke with one nurse Ashley who was very rude and who made me and my husband decide to no longer use RKM. I encouraged my sister and her family to use RKM and she told me the same thing, the nurses were very nice but Ashley has an attitude. I hope someone there reads this and does something about it because she can very well cause patients to leave.

I’ve used RKM, mostly RKM at Slaughter for years. They’ve been wonderful. They’re kind and helpful - they care about their patients!
They are great! Cynthia Hall NP cares about her pts as does all the staff. Couldn't afford my insulin and she helped me get on a program so I could afford it.
