This is a sham company. Won’t return a deposit of $1300 after telling me it was “in the mail” and when it didn’t arrive, they won’t return my calls. That’s a lot of money for me and my family.
Worst management company in North America: Told us our apartment would be ready for Move-in, A/C was broken, fridge was broken, tiles were broken, outlets did not work, and worst of all they have not been able to fix a leak in our apartment for the past 3 months. Every time it rains it gets significantly worse, and at this point we're all waiting for the ceiling to cave in. Trying to reach some one / any one regarding our refund from our recent rental. Not much luck so far :(
SlateHouse Group is an ordeal to deal with. I have an issue needing their resolution and i have spoken to three individuals from the company and no one is addressing or comunicating with me. I will be switching to another property management company soon. They don't understand the concept of communication and customer service.
I rent from Slate house on a yearly release. They have not yet sent me a renewal and house 365 website will not load. On top of it my roommate is a tenant as well and when he tries to pay he comes up he is not listed as a tenant.
