Love comedy night. Three for one. Comedy, dinner, and party. But last night the shrimp were cooked so hard they were like dried out shells. The server was NOT personable at all. I also ordered steak tips, and it took the server 20 minutes to tell me they didn’t have any. Comedians were funny though.

My best friend and I visited Boston this past weekend to see Anita Baker perform at the Wang Theater. After leaving the show, I asked a guy where was a nice place to go for drinks and food and he recommended Slades. We had a magnificent time there!!! I truly enjoyed myself and so happy to know it was black owned. Keep up the great music and atmosphere. Much success! Also, your security agents were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My 1st time there. The company I was in (great) & the food was good, service was horrible I’m still waiting for a glass of water. (I think I over tipped my waiter).
