Typically I would give a better rating as I visit this establishment often...however the last few visits have offered sub-par service, and I believe it's due to a shortage of staff. Most recent visit I ordered by phone for pick up...a 12 piece chicken wing extra crispy. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited 25 minutes before going to pick up my order.
