Herb Sladek colluded with church elders to defraud me from getting to live in a parsonage in Austin. I allowed his wife to manage some rent property. She never went in to inspect the house. Had she done so she would have been covered with fleas. The renter allowed dogs into the house. This was contrary to contract and cost me $400. My email address is: rdpmin@att.net
Do not buy a house from this agent. Very dishonest, unprofessional, and manipulative. She did not disclose severe foundation issues, and attempted to steer us away from investigating foundation concerns by providing a bogus letter stating it was merely aesthetic. An unbiased foundation company assessed the concern with conventional measurements and found that a severe foundation concern did, in fact, exist.
