I have resided at Port City for four years, and the complex is truly one of the best historic rehabs and re-inventions in terms of its architecture and overall layout. The Property Management Team is dedicated and determined to make Port City a destination property that feel like home while helping build a sense of community among the its residents.

I am Writing this due to the lack of professionalism from Ebony Bailey at taylor pointe Apartments. I have lived at this complex for less than a year due to Water Damage that she knew about from the last tenant before me. I was moved into this apartment and within two months my whole Apartment was covered in water, Mold, and mildew. When trying to Communicate with MS. Bailey she is very dismissive, rude and speaks over you when you are talking or asking a question, her attitude is Nasty and extremely unpleasant. It got so ba... read more
It is 11:07 DJ outside back parking Lot full of non residence. Where in the world is security. Come on we are trying to rest. Same address every week. The sad part it has been reported, but nothing is done. I watched security ride through last week and did or said absolutely nothing I am literally in tears as I write this.
This company is fantastic. I have lived in several of their apartments over the years, and they have always perfect with taking care of the very few issues that I have had. I will return soon.
