I've lived in many apartments in my 20 years as a resident of Madison. Not the worst property company that I rented from, but far from the best. After I signed the lease, they changed building locations and their phone number was disconnected. You can imagine my surprise when I tried to call and pick up my keys. My car got towed the first night because I was not issued a parking pass with my move in envelope. The WORST place to live in Madison! Severe Ant infestation! Severe mold that never gets fixed !! Maintenance is NO help. Management never replies to emails. I wouldn’t bother applying here.
Maintenance is absolutely terrible, nobody gets back to you ever and if they do it’s months later! They have a huge mold problem on the ceilings.
