The management is extremely friendly, and helped me greatly throughout the process of obtaining the lease. Very happy with the price, location, and condition of the apartment. Everything was extremely clean, all the appliances, plugs, etc. worked. I definitely wished I had leased at this apartment complex sooner, I highly recommend it.
Awesome deal for a one bedroom apartment so close to campus. The new remodel is great. The owner is a super nice guy who. It is really nice to actually know the person I am paying rent to.
