friendly place to live I have lived here for a year and everything is great. the neighboors are very friendly. I haven't had a problem with noisey people, loud music or anything. the only thing i hear from the tenants around me are footsteps from the upstairs apartment, and that is completely expected. I had a problem with my hot water heater and it was fixed asap. the maintanance man is very nice. The grass is always cut. The grounds are kept very clean. satisfied tenant I have lived at Skytop for 10 years. At the time of move-in, I was presented with a beautiful apartment. My work orders have been always done in a timely manner. My one emergency was handled immediately. I believe that regarding snow removal what needs to be taken inito consideration is the amount of snow. If 2 feet of snow falls how can the tenants expect it all to be shoveled at one time regardless if their is one or 2 maintenance man. The voice of reason! The address for Skytop Village is listed incorrectly. It should be 223 Skytop Drive. I read the reviews of a some disgruntled tenants... which could actually be the same tenant writing all reviews. These were most likely posted by people who refuse to follow the rules regarding their pets or just living there in general. Worst place to live An absolute joke! Manager is nasty and harasses you all the time. When you try to get hold of her she screens calls and doesn't answer, then never returns your messages. One maintenance man for 55+ apartments who does a half ass job and never finishes anything. Says he will come back to finish then starts a project somewhere else and says he is to busy to return to your apartment. Upset Tenant Skytop Apts are a joke... You basically have to shovel your own walk in the winter...If you need something fixed in your apt, make sure you are willing to wait for at least a month or more. The pool never opens on time, usually July 4th week. Rent is raised $25 every year and you get nothing in exchange. There is a bunch of tenants with DOGS that don't clean up after, so there is dog poop all over the place and barking all hours of the night.Why do they even allow dogs in apts.Property Manager doesn't do anythin... read more
OK if nothing breaks. Nothing gets fixed if broken,,,no updates in 20+years. No yearly improvements, i.e., carpet shampooing, window washing, painting. Once in, you're stuck. Who knows who actually owns this property. Property manager nasty. Machines in laundry room always fithly. One handyman for 60+ apartments. All electric, windows and sliders poor insulation. Can watch your dollars flying out the windows. Wouldn't recommend. Pool area a dump, great view,,, two poorly maintained back of carports.
