No Longer a Tenant Don't rent here.This place is full of white trash and losers that can't rent anywhere else.My boyfriend and I lived here, our neighbors across the street sold drugs, there were druggies pulling up out front at all hours of the night. Our apartment got broken into, and tv, computer was stolen. We did report it to the police, which are useless. The manager is disrespectful and useless, doesn't listen to you about anything and the maintance guy takes care of nothing. These places are run down,old dirty,vey ov... read more
dont live here! I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but that's not an option. Do not rent an apartment at Skytop, you will be sorry if you do. And if you don't believe me, just drive through the complex and ask anyone you see if they're happy there. The maintenance and apartment manager are HORRIBLE! And not pleasant to deal with. Don't expect to get anything done and if you do get lucky enough to get some repairs done, it wont be done well. Expect your rent to go up every year and you'll get nothing in return. Our Nightmare on the Mountain I have never been compelled to write a review for an apartment despite living in several around the country, but I feel the need to save people misery where I can. First off there is mold, several kinds at elevated levels, we had it tested at our own expense. Waiting List I have more than one friend that lives at Skytop Village and I've been trying to move in there but my timing is always off. Vacant apartments rarely become available. It seems they get rented almost immediately. My friends love it there and I've been in their different apartments and really like them. I was a bit confused by some of the negative reviews I read and choose to go with the opinions of people that I know there that wouldn't want to live anywhere else (unless it was their own house).

Jen I recently moved in here. The troll I live next door to has been pounding on the wall almost every morning from 7-9am.I've told Lee many times. The neighbor claims it's a water pipe in the wall. The trailer park trash has damaged my car, but I can't prove it was her. Lee has done nothing, and won't move either of us. I think that Lee is afraid of this troll. I'm now in contact with a lawyer to see if I can get out of my lease. Don't move here because they don't take care of anything like these reviews say. It's by far th... read more
