The airline changed the time of the first leg of my flight and could be on an earlier one for the next leg. That earlier one is closer to what the original time was too. I called skylux as I thought I could for assistance and it wasn't any help. First they gave me a hard time because I had to know the exact agent and could only talk to him. Horrible travel service. Booked three business class trips to South Africa and even bought the insurance. The flights were cancelled due to CoVID and alternative flights weren’t available. I put in for a refund, but after more than a month... nothing. I’ve inquired repeatedly. I’m beginning to think my refund will never come... even though it is required by law. Don’t book through Skylux!
I came to know about Skylux via Google and am trying to buy the business class ticket for 2 adults. Today, Michelle Hamilton contacted me via email and I replied to her and gave my phone number and asked her to call me back. She did call back and I provided her with my travel itinerary. While she was checking the fare, I went to Skylux website and plugged in my itinerary and the page popped up with Deal of the day for my itinerary and it was $2449 RT business class per person.
