You must be careful using this site. Here is what I know. When you visit the website and search for a flight the prices you see are the best prices for the current travel year not for your travel dates. When you book a flight with them for a given price you will receive a confirmation number, but here is the kicker, your price can still change as it did for me. This company is a total scam. They lure you in with false prices that they cannot deliver, then hound you. I got six phone calls in one day, the last of which came after I told the guy calling to stop calling me. They quoted me a business class seat to Europe for $1,900, then when I took the call, they sent me another quote for the same flight for $5,900. I could book for cheaper direct on the airline. I traveled from San Jose, Ca, business class, to London june 2022. My friend was meeting me at Heathrow, traveling coach from Florida. Everything turned out perfect. She arrived 1 hour before me, which Sky Lux arranged for us, and she walked to my arrival hall to meet me. All that despite pilot strikes, lost luggage etc problems many others were experiencing. We had zero issues. Going back no problems either.
Skylux Travel is absolute WORSE Travel agency that existed in the World. Be aware. Howie sold a none refundable ticket instead of refundable ticket to me. His Supervisor Hope, is in silent mode and Meraga from Customer support never returned my emails. They are professional scammer, cheaters, and only give you aggravation, anger, frustration, and are there to steal your money. Even the CEO won’t return your request for help. COMPLETE SCAM! Howie is scam artist working for this company. He sold me a business class and told me repeatedly it was a flatbed. I found out it was a complete lie and misrepresentation. I asked for my money back and he sent me an email with a Delta airline cabin flatbed, claiming its Iceland air cabin. I have notified my credit card and provided documents and emails of their misrepresentation. They have gone radio silent, and won’t return calls. STAY AWAY FROM SKY LUX. It’s a SCAM!!!!!!!

It's definitely one of the best services for premium travel arrangements. I am using Skylux Travel since 2014 and have no plans on moving my bookings elsewhere. Prices are good, my travel agent does the hassle for me.
