The Lofts at Bentley is the worst place I’ve EVER lived. The apartment was super nice, I cannot complain about that but management and maintenance was a living nightmare. The maintenance would follow me around and make passes at me, and one day he walked into my home unannounced. The property manager is some rude, disrespectful lady that has no manners or any respect for the tenants. The entire place smells like cigarettes and urine. horrible maintenance which makes you hesitant to put in any request. poor communication. you can go 3 or more days without hot water. ratchet and disrespectful neighbors who don't know how to be a neighbor especially in a townhome. the structure of the building hasn't falling apart so it's still a roof over our head so there's that.

Beautiful houses ......... but super untimely poor maintenance my house is flooding and instead of a voice-mail I have been on hold for 10 minutes without allowing me to do anything else remain stuck to the call
