Water, power, elevator shut off constantly. Multiple water leaks into our room, they never repair water damage to the ceiling just spraypaint white overtop. Cockroaches as well. Maintenance staff is super nice and helpful but management and front desk are miserable to deal with. Do not live here. Started off cheaper than any other place in the city but they jacked rent to the moon and have nonstop issues.
Garbage building. Cannot count the number of times water or the elevator have been shut off. Only redeeming feature is the employees. We the tenets deserve some money off rent for all the issues.
