Nice environment and excellent food
Great day out with a trip to the top by gondola (& in case you’re fearful of heights... not scary & never really far off the ground) and either a luge ride down multiple times!! And the chair lift to bring you back up to the top ... or a return trip down to the streets by the gondola. Fantastic views over Rotorua & a lovely cafe & souvenir shop as well. Parking is ample & free. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to make a review on a particular Attendant whom we encounter twice and he was nothing short of amazing, so he deserves recognition for his incredible customer service whom is named "Dion" he served us on the 27th of June and the 30th of June.. He is an ASSET to your company! 😁 Well done and keep up the GREAT work! People like him that provide outstanding customer service need to be recognised for their work they are providing their employers. 😄
