RecommendedFirst time eating or being at the Skyline Restaurant and it was amazing! Great customer service! The young Maori girl waitresses were so nice and welcoming and always smiling ☺️ the food was delicious and the view was beautiful! Will definitely be going back 👍🏽

First and last time I’ll have a function planned here. 12 of us went for a work function and it started with the dinner in the buffet restaurant where one of the members of our group was singled out very publicly on a offensive shirt he was wearing, yes it was offensive but it was handled very rude, public and abrupt by a staff member. If you love a place with terrible customer service it's the place for for you. Had the worst time on Friday 23rd August (last week) was highly dissappointed and even expressing my concerns on the day in person and via messenger and being told they would be in touch on Monday 26th via email. And guess what no one has been in contact. We were ready to go have a fun time on the luge in the rain turned up before 9am ready for the cold but all the staff were rude and unenthusiastic.
