This is my 8th year of residency with Skyline. And maintenance request no matter how small are still handled expeditiously. I still love the open bricked layout of my downstairs and upstairs bedrooms. The communication with skyline’s office is always professional and pleasant. Kevin is a great landlord.

Best rental property/ landlord I ever had. They work with you, always checking to make sure everything is up to code. I have a keypad lock and they come out every 3mos to change the battery. Easy to reach with any concerns. I love the way they reach out every time it’s going to be a storm from snow to rain. Both Ryan and Kevin are the best
Skyline is a winner here in Philly. I've been in the business for a decade - Skyline consistently builds what people want are looking for - character inside the unit to have it feel like a home and not just a rental, correct amount of bathrooms and extra half baths, room sizes fitting a king if need be, separate kitchens, and actual Closet Space. Also wonderfully built multi-level apartments. None of the cookie cutter, cheaply made spaces that we see all over the city nowadays. Well done Skyline. Keep em coming.
