A few days ago, I left a one-star review with nothing else attached. They have contacted my mother repeatedly asking her to make me remove my review. Instead of removing my one-star rating, I will elaborate on why I left it. The first reason why I left a poor review was because of the fire alarms. Fire alarms would constantly go off out of nowhere, sometimes consistently for 20 minutes up to about an hour.
