My husband and I wanted to rent directly from a landlord given our terrible experience with a property management company in OKC. We decided to give Skyline a chance and they have surpassed our expectations and were the total opposite of our experience with our previous property management; Skyline is VERY responsive, takes care of maintenance requests very quickly, offers compensation for when the house cannot be used fully (no hot water), offers great suggestions for new appliances. I had a very good experience with Skyline Reality. The app was awesome to communicate with them, their response was better than average. They were always friendly and they allowed several ways to pay your rent. In the future if I am in need of a house they will the first place I start my search.
