MY APPLICATION WAS DENIED FOR MY CREDIT HISTORY. ALL DELIQUENT CRED WAS FROM 2 TO 3 YEARS AGO. I HAD GOOD STANDING IN ALL UTILITY COMPANYS AND CURRANT 2024 IN GOOD STANDINGS. NEVER EVEN CALLED TO ASK ME TO EXPLAIN THE OLD CREDIT ALL { 3} OF THEM!!!! IM 59 HAVE NEVER BEEN DENIED BY ANY OF MY OTHER APPLICATIONS FOR A RENTAL AND ONLY LEFT MY OTHER PROPERITES BECAUSE MY LANDLORDS DIED AND FAMILY SOLD PROPERTIES. I FEEL THEY WERE VERY UNFAIR ON THERE DECISION. NOT HAPPY WITH SKYLINE AT ALL!
They did not respond to my maintenance request to fix my fridge for several weeks. Did not provide rent credit.
I had a great experience with Skyline. Wesley Miles did a great job finding me an apartment. I look forward to working with them again.
