Very unprofessional. Communication with property manager was like a blind man trying to catch a fly with chop sticks. Was provided misleading information. Received an approval, they received my down payment and then the approval was revoked due to the property manager not following process. Yes the properties are nice but customer service was HORRIBLE.
matainance takes forever to do a job. half the time it's like they dont believe you. also they loose yourrequests. I have to put in the same request like 3 times because no one knows what I'm talking about. no one calls you back when you leave a message at the rental office.
Skyline properties is a bunch of bullshit!!! They are lazy don't want to fix shit then ask for rent increases. Don't rent from them!
Been in a few to visit some families in Baltimore City. One on North Bentlow St.. Lots of sunlight beams on staircase and downstairs into living oom and hallway. As a matter-of-fact the whole house looked like a makeover. I been in skyline mobile homes and the residents appeared to be satisfied because of the all day sunlight.
I been with skyline properties for 7 years I think they are great
Just moving in and the people are upbeat and positive !!!
