I’ve been coming to this salon for over 15 years, and there’s a reason I’ve never gone anywhere else. The service is always consistent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. No matter who I see, my nails always come out perfect, they truly take their time and care about their work. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like family while maintaining such high standards, but this salon does just that for me. Customer service is great, however its the second time that my toes get swollen and infected after getting a pedicure. They either cut my nails too short or dig in too deep on the sides, and clearly the instruments are NOT sterilized or I wouldn't have pus coming out of my toes, the 1st time it happened I took 2 weeks for my toes to heal. I will be doing them myself from now on.
very good customer service.ella, T, becky & roy are all very kind. This shop does a very good job and really pays attention to detail. I highly recommend making this wonderful place your forever nail shop lol !
My experience here was very good. Everyone here is very polite. They do nails SUPER well. If you’re thinking about coming here I highly recommend it . I also commend Ella for her sweet polite charismatic attitude ☺️. She also does very well
