one of the worst companies i have had the displeasure of interacting with. generally mismanaged, negligent, and unresponsive. several phone lines and email addresses that lead to dead ends, including full voicemail boxes and apparently unattended email inboxes. unfathomable lack of responsibility in an industry of which timely customer service is undoubtedly the strongest pillar.
