Worst experience ever! Didn't not care about my husband at all. He was dirty gown was stained food in his bed! Did not bring him to his cardiac surgeon appointment on time! Lied to me that he was on his way but was still in the facility! Over one hour late for his appointment! Insect bites on him and wound that was not on him during initial skin assessment! I took him home for his own safety. Nurses I spoke to could have cared less about my concerns. I don't think they even know he had gone home.
I spent 11 months here daily with my dad, Robert Whitworth. The staff welcomed me daily. I played the piano & made many new friendz. Ida, Shaniya, Ms Banks, Alice, Ms Bucanhan, sooo many others. Quite an experience.
My Mom as been there for 2 years and they take good care of her the nurses are awesome good people there very friendly ....
Minimum legal care. They left me in a dirty diaper for three days! Lost 24 pounds in two weeks! !!
