0 Star : My Experience There were two concerns. Lack of communication during the repair process. No text updates as expected, but frequent calls on my part, often with a promised callback that did not occur. Second, the truck was disassembled before all parts were on hand. It was in the facility for over a month, but probably only a week of work was done. It was expensive and difficult to not have use of the vehicle for over a month.

5 Star : My Experience Absolutely fantastic experience. The gal at the front desk was so nice and made me feel supported and calm. She called and lined up the transportation between the rental office and Skyline, was just overall an exceptional support!! Kept me in the loop for what was going on. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. I would highly recommend skyline to take care of their automobile needs!!!!!! Especially Brian, when I dropped off my car I needed a ride to work and the courtesy driver was an hour out, not wanting me to have to wait that long he drove me to work himself.
