I've lived in this apartment for three years, and the situation keeps worsening. Don't even think about using the elevator; it's been broken for four months, and we must carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Despite this, management doesn't seem to be trying to improve things. Package thefts are also rampant. It's no surprise, though, since we're in Filthadelphia

I've been a tenant in this building for over three years and generally appreciated the community and management—until recently. The ongoing elevator outage has been a major inconvenience, especially for residents with mobility challenges, and it’s disappointing that management has declined to offer any form of rent adjustment or meaningful support during this time. I had an exceptional experience living in the Skyline Apartments during my exchange semester. The location was convenient, as it was close to Fresh Grocer, making my trips to the grocery store a breeze. But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional management team, especially Mike, the manager. He was always quick to respond to any concerns or issues I had, which greatly added to my peace of mind during my stay.

The building manager Precious helps us a lot! Very Responsible and helpful. A good off campus choice.(A little expensive though)
