building has too many issues for its rent price. Elevator issues, AC issues on the hottest week of the year so far. ridiculous.
The apartment units themselves are decent, but the ongoing elevator issue has been extremely frustrating. The elevator broke down just two months into our lease (around September–October) and, shockingly, still hasn’t been repaired. It’s been several months now (it's June by the time i'm writing this), and there has been little to no communication, urgency, or accountability from management. I've lived in this apartment for three years, and the situation keeps worsening. Don't even think about using the elevator; it's been broken for four months, and we must carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Despite this, management doesn't seem to be trying to improve things. Package thefts are also rampant. It's no surprise, though, since we're in Filthadelphia
