We knew the original owner, she was really good. The new owners are just as good. We recently lost two of our boys and they handled the procedure with love and respect.
When my cat had a tooth extracted and it was time for me to come pick him up, he was covered in blood and had injured four of his nails; two from each front paw because he woke up scared and tried to claw his way out of the kennel. When I mentioned someone should have been in there to check on him one of the techs said ‘there is always someone there with them’ which would actually make it worse considering that would mean they weren’t even paying attention and just ignored him. Love this animal hospital ,they really do help with you pets needs and at a decent price as well ..the staff and veterinary's are amazing and wonderful 😊 and I would highly recommend it ...
