Skyland Trail was one of the best things that happened to me. Before Skyland, I barely knew how to cope because of not so great therapists. I was deep into my depression and only going deeper. I went to Skyland trail from February- May 2024. Skyland trail did a wonderful job in treating my depression and intrusive thoughts, and helped a bit with my anxiety. I enjoyed DBT group and most activities. I throughly enjoyed art and horticulture, and Dani was one of my favorite staff! You should be weary when coming here though, as they are not very neurodivergent friendly and denied reasonable treatment accommodations, especially if you don’t have a specific diagnosis.
