RecommendedSo far, so good. My roommate and I moved in mid September and have enjoyed our experience so far. The view from our 18th floor balcony is great, the location is safe, and the parking deck is easily accessible. Only minor things would be the fact that guests have to pay $5 regardless of their stay whether it’s 30 minutes or 3 hours, as well as the fitness center. Worst building in midtown!! I’ve had four vehicles stolen security cameras still don’t work In the parking deck. Corporate refuses to answer my calls and the manager @Jason Pyron is a compulsive liar.

From the beautiful views, great amenities, and ensuring our safety through these difficult times with Covid 19 - there is no place I’d rather rest my head at night. I’ve been at Skyhouse for 6 years and the place has had its ups and downs, but the last 1-2 years with Michael and Jason have been so amazing. Thank you for all you do and for making this a great place to live. The management team definitely impacts quality of life - so hats off to y’all for being so great! I don’t think I would have continued to renew my lease without this team!
