Do NOT rent an apartment here. The elevators are a nightmare, the common areas are filthy and the staff is constantly turning over. The residents are wild and rude and the rules are not enforced! I would actually give less than 1 �
When you move there at first their are very friendly, as they are getting the fee (i guess) then after that, when is the time for the renewal of the lease they send you an overmarket proposal to stay (they know how expensive is moving ) if you try to ask for any of the promotions they have for new customers, they willsay it doesn’t apply. Consider it before you get your new apartment.
I love it here. The parking is convenient and close. The staff is awesome and friendly. They have been helpful with all my needs and gone out of there way for me. The views are awesome and the amenities are excellent with a great work out room. The prices are great compared to the other upscale apartments in the area.
This is the first negative review I have ever posted online for any apartment that I've rented in the last 10+ years but I feel it's important to give people the real view of what it's like at Denver Skyhouse. I have lived here for over 6 months at the time of this post in September. When I first moved in I loved it here! But it has gone downhill very quickly!!
