best apartment homes in Denver Without a doubt, Skyhouse is the best apartment home community in Denver! The residents and staff are all very friendly. I've never had a bad experience with any residents or staff here - this place seems to attract happy, kind, positive people. There are rodents and rude neighbors If you are complacent with sharing a 50-100 square foot pool with 23 other floors of overly aggressive snots that will trash the halls, each other, and the concierges that try to keep the whole building safe, the low utilities and decent location may be worth it. Otherwise, just go home, put some fairy lights on your desk, and pretend you’ve got a few homeless people outside every day. It’ll be just like the city without rodents, a-holes, and an overpriced quality of life.
The elevators were down several times, sometimes taking weeks to be repaired. The way the building was set up, the stairs weren't a viable option and were often locked even to the residents. Equity Residential offered little support other than occasional apologetic email. - Trash room was always full, stinking up the entire lobby and elevator there. - Multiple times the trash chutes became clogged. Since the management change the building is truly great.
Was the first resident of the building and have always enjoyed it, the new management team made some further improvements.
I normally do not write reviews but I will as several people have asked about my opinion on SkyHouse. I really enjoy living here as everyone is incredibly friendly and the building is well kept. 4/5 stars!
The management company was a nightmare! We lived here on and off for a year and a half from 2017-2018 and absolutely nothing got done right the first, second, even third time! The location is excellent, and it was great when it was new. But those that oversaw the apartment cared little about the tenants or the building.
